【Luk16:19】“There was a certain rich man who was clothed in purple and fine linen and fared sumptuously every day.
【Luk16:20】But there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, full of sores, who was laid at his gate,
【Luk16:21】desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man’s table. Moreover the dogs came and licked his sores.
【Luk16:22】So it was that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels to Abraham’s bosom. The rich man also died and was buried.
【Luk16:23】And being in torments in Hades, he lifted up his eyes and saw Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
【Luk16:24】“Then he cried and said, ‘Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus that he may dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.’
【Luk16:25】But Abraham said, ‘Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things; but now he is comforted and you are tormented.
【Luk16:26】And besides all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed, so that those who want to pass from here to you cannot, nor can those from there pass to us.’
【Luk16:27】“Then he said, ‘I beg you therefore, father, that you would send him to my father’s house,
【Luk16:28】for I have five brothers, that he may testify to them, lest they also come to this place of torment.’
【Luk16:29】Abraham said to him, ‘They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.’
【Luk16:30】And he said, ‘No, father Abraham; but if one goes to them from the dead, they will repent.’
【Luk16:31】But he said to him, ‘If they do not hear Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded though one rise from the dead.’”

【Rom3:20】Therefore by the deeds of the law no flesh will be justified in His sight, for by the law is the knowledge of sin.
【Rom3:21】But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets,
【Rom3:22】even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all and on all who believe. For there is no difference;
【Rom3:23】for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
【Rom3:24】being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,
【Rom3:25】whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed,
【Rom3:26】to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.
【John1:12】But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name:
